Welcome to my super simple homemade chai recipe: 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ginger powder 1 clove (or a pinch of ground cloves) 1 cardamom pod opened (or a pinch of ground cardamom) Best option: Boil it on the stove for a few minutes then sieve. In a rush: Pour hot water over it and let it seep for 5 minutes Cheat’s way: Pour hot water over it and let the powder settle to the bottom >>Add milk/milk substitute if you fancy. Drink and smile
